[SOLVED]I need to know if this ticket number is still active?

My brother and I decided to try finally try the game. My account was activated without any issues but he, unfortunately, still haven't received the email with the verification code. He contacted support obviously and got a few repeat messages but nothing has happened(and yes, the suggested fixes have been tried) He created the account on Saturday btw. Ticket number is 161105-000662. I read somewhere that forum admins can check the ticket status..
(I'm writing this since he can't log in to the forum without an account)

    if you get a response to a ticket your doing better than 99% of other people

    It took a good 5 days before it was fixed.. Slowest support I've encountered. But in the end they managed to fix the 30 second job. You're having the same issue?
