Need Help Changing Email Associated with ESO Account

Hello,

I've been trying to get back into the game for three days now, but have run into an issue with the security code being sent to mye mail. What is odd is that I had no problems viewing the first email I received to log in on the website and download the game client, but the second email(and third from last night) came up as "null". I understand that the HTML is being blocked but my ISP does not have any options about enabling or disabling HTML display, so my only solution seems to be to migrate to my gmail account or something similar. This is where I run into my current issue:

I cannot sign into the support website. The log in function is simply greyed out and doesn't work, and the sign up function redirects me back to the main website logged into my account in an infinite loop. I searched around for a bit and tried to open a support ticket under the "suspended/compromised account" section, but I saw no confirmation that the ticket was actually opened when I submit that one either.

Anyone from ZOS able to help me out here?

    I was able to open a ticket through the suspended/compromised account(# 161107-000281) but I still need to change my email and the automated response does not seem to be very promising. Is there any way a member of support could look into my ticket again?

    These are both in response to the same ticket where I ask for my email to be changed. That is a bit absurd.

    I have also had a similar issue with my account.
    Whenever I reply I get a message within a few minutes telling me to update my contact info with a link to my profile which doesn't actually do anything, so i have been being spammed with these messages the last few days. It could be because my e-mail can be two different addresses (numbers @ email & words @ email).
    It would be nice to actually have someone acknowledge my help request (#161107-002297)
