I've been trying to get back into the game for three days now, but have run into an issue with the security code being sent to mye mail. What is odd is that I had no problems viewing the first email I received to log in on the website and download the game client, but the second email(and third from last night) came up as "null". I understand that the HTML is being blocked but my ISP does not have any options about enabling or disabling HTML display, so my only solution seems to be to migrate to my gmail account or something similar. This is where I run into my current issue:
I cannot sign into the support website. The log in function is simply greyed out and doesn't work, and the sign up function redirects me back to the main website logged into my account in an infinite loop. I searched around for a bit and tried to open a support ticket under the "suspended/compromised account" section, but I saw no confirmation that the ticket was actually opened when I submit that one either.
Anyone from ZOS able to help me out here?
