I'm all set to spend money on this new promotion, but I can't because it thinks I am in Uruguay. Seems like a simple fix, did the whole customer service thing but I know those things get stuck in limbo sometimes.

For anyone else who has this issue, as mentioned, this is a pretty quick fix for Support. You do need to contact them in order to have account changes done. Glad this was resolved.
