I think because they had an Imperial City one it would (have) made sense to have an Orsinium one. Maybe bonus XP, double mats, special loot drops etc.

The Imperial City anniversary was announced a week in advance, but Orsiniums anniversary is tomorrow, and we have had no announcements.

Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.

Butter t would not make sense to have an orsinium anniversary event.
With DLCs dropping almost every quarter Zos would. If he able to do anniversary events for every DLC.
IC is basically PvP in a PvE environment and made a great choice for an event.
For PvE we got the witches festival which someone could have used in Orsinium if they chose.0 -

I bought a second Xbox One, the newer Xbox One S and everything in ESO seems to run smoother. Much less console lag than my day one Xbox One.
Even though MS didnt advertise it, the Xbox One S has shown a 9fps avg improvement in certain online games. They did increase the system specs some vs the original XB1.
