I know they said the next update should be about balance and housing, but I do think it will have a lot of content as well, since OT was already a no-content, free upgrade...

Well, last year Orsinium was a surprise announcement, 3 days later it was on PTS and 3-4 weeks later it was released on live servers.
I wouldnt be surprised if they did the same BUT on some interviews Richard has mentioned housing (next year) as "update 13" so...
