Greetings fellow players

As title sugest I need your help

I'm playing a stam- tank bosmer nightblade sitting on a 2700~3400 Stam regen, and was wondering if thats... ok? at which point would be more effective to use cost reduction ghylph, or maybe take another route like raising my damage or crit rate, health, fisical or spell resist?

At the moment Im wearing:
Full heavy armor + Mid waist
Enigne guardian
Willows path (chest, gloves, shoes, legs, and shield)
Viper Sting / Salvation / Hiricine's crest (Accesories, weap, waist) * this is the part I'm most willing to change

all armor is infused with prismatic on it (except for the monster set) * Was this a wise choise or a huge waste of gold?

my stat pool with food are: 18k magika, 21.5 k hp 30k+ stam



Notes:
* I don't know if this is important but my panic button is the ww transformation, which, for the sake of role play, would like to keep.
