Senche + Way of Air + Veli = decent pve stamblade build?

Just wondering if this would be viable in pve since the sets would give a decent amount of stam regen, and having both senche and way of air would up weap damage like 800 for 5 sec after rolling. Seems like it would be decent, but wondering if anyone else wants to throw their two cents in about it. Thoughts?
