Race changed from Khajiit to Redquard and I lost a lot of Stamina regen :\

Well as the title says I just did a race change on my Khajiit Stamplar to make it a Redguard Stamplar and I am pretty sure I lost about 400 or so stamina regen (from about 1800 -> 1400). This is pretty odd as there is only a 1% difference in stamina recovery racial passives. Is there maybe a bug with the character sheet (Xbox One) or is my character just messed up?

Yes I assigned all the skill points to my new Redguard passives so that they are all 3/3.0 -
Skinzz✭✭✭✭✭My main has been a redguard since day one. Since the one tamriel update I lost around 120 stam recovery without changing my build at all. I submitted tickets and everything but nothing has been resolved. Perhaps we have the same issue but 400 stam recovery is staggering.Anybody got a group? LFG, anybody? Hello?0 -

Well I am guessing it was around 400 stam recovery but I am not 100% sure since I forgot to take a picture of my stats before the change..![:\](https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/resources/emoji/confused.png ":\")
they changed how a lot of the racial passives work, they used to stack with skill passives some don't do that anymore maybe its something to do with that.
I remember those changes but this should not have been affected since I only lost 1% stam recovery changing from Khajiit to Redguard. Khajiit +10% stam recovery --> Redguard +9% stam recovery... the loss of stam recovery should have been barely noticeable via the character sheet.
All the other Redguard passives seems to be working just fine, my max stam went up almost 3500 which would have been about 10% more than my Khajiit.
