I stopped playing the game a few months ago and recently have come back to start playing. When I checked my bank for the first time in a long time it was COMPLETELY empty. Not a single thing in it but when I stopped playing it was completely full of tons of different items (mainly crafting though). I at first thought I was hacked and got my items stolen so I changed my password, but I was suspicious of this because nothing on my charterers were gone. All the gold and items in my inventory was all there. Now just a few minutes ago when I went to craft something I saw that the crafting menus were showing all my crafting materials and I could even use the crafting material I just couldnt see it in my personal bank. This time I thought may be for some reason it was the cancellation of the subscription that did this but when I just now checked my bank after renewing my subscription fee the bank items were still missing.
