    NO... who cares about non-vet.

If your a good player,. you just roll through it easily anyway.

And if you are still learning (quite a long process for those of us with actual lives) then you don't.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
    ***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis

OP if you can solo them all so easy why queue for them at all? I wouldn't dream of queuing for a normal dungeon; I would just assume I'd end up with 2 lvl 20s and a cp137, and do it myself instead. If I had to do direfrost/fungal grotto ii I would ask a friend to help.

Daily rewards for doing a random dungeon. For my alt account, it's a great way to gain CP. And the material rewards aren't bad, either. Since the launch of OT, I've gotten four robust Agility rings from doing a random normal once per day.

Heh, I didn't even know you got rewards for doing random dungeons. I was wondering why people did them. Thanks for the info

Anybody who can justifiably queue as a tank or healer and thereby shorten the queue times for others is doing the game a service.... BUT I do think that a tank role should accept some responsibility towards keeping their group safe. Burning down mobs can produce this effect, but if your burning them with no regard for what is happening to the rest of your group then I disagree with your choice to queue as a tank.

I would certainly agree that you should generally have a taunt available to slot if it is needed.

In my ideal situation, I would queue as a tank and then adjust my gear and skills accordingly depending on the capability of the rest of the group and the dungeon. Many players have 'their build' and they pretty much play that same build all of the time, but the game is designed to allow you to completely change builds if needed.

I queue as healer/dps on non-vet dungeons even tho my only heal is from the Twilight Matriarch haha

Before you come for me, I just wanna say that no one dies, i always keep their health high. It's a very strong heal! and I don't have to aim characters to heal (it just heals a lot and obstacles doesn't interfere the heals, that means that even if it's not aiming at all, even if the character is in a separate room, it's still healing), the Twilight also tanks and holds aggro from boss sometimes when there's no tank lol when it dies I quickly summon it back, but it rarely dies. by the way, I'm only using matriarch to get the achievements from healing on dungeon/pvp. on pvp it also helps a lot, but I kinda hate pets so when I achieve my goals I will get rid of it

if you are a DPS and ALSO a decent tank, then it is ok

    but

if you are NOT a tank at all, then yes, your action is stupid

The fact that you need to come be validated tells me that you already know your answer to your question.

Hamilton, i've seen your sorc, you can tank it! I tanked wgt and icp using 5 lich and 5 warlock and only died once (to the planar inhibitor when she went blue).

But honestly, if you have 3 561 dps players and just need a fourth to burn wgt in 15 minutes, I say go for it, because 4 dps who know what they are doing works just fine.
Message me if you want to do trials/dungeons, or need a trading guild! Flawless conqueror magsorc with a bad sense of armor fashion.

Sounds like you fulfill the obligation as tank - hold aggro and take the hits.

Whether you do that through being the deadliest toon in sight or through a taunt is irrelevant. These other people sound just like those that claim there is only one way to be a healer or one way to be a stamplar: their way. You go ahead and keep doing it how you're doing it.

The vigor issue.... Might be you trying to take on too much. You're doing 2 jobs, take the win.

Yes, you are a horrible person. If you get in my group, I will pretty much insta-kick you and just do the job myself.

If I queue as a DPS, I don't want boss agro on me ever. If you queue as tank and are not holding agro, you are just wasting everyone's time.

There really isn't boss aggro. I can solo bosses in 10-15 seconds. With any sort of help, we are talking 7-8 seconds.

    I demand dps screenshots.
Even in normal dungeons bosses have around 1 mil hp or more.
Sorry, but I dont believe in 100k dps, not buffed while holding aggro.

And as a healer I really dislike this kind of behavior (even though I farm dungeons with 3-4 dds when I need gear). Because those "pff I kill everything in 10 seconds" types often overestimate their awesomeness and often end up making us healers spam heals like crazy, tank the boss and pull 40% of group's damage.

OP, this is a kind of useless thread. You will get one of 2 possible responses:

Plebs who are jealous on the people who can singlehandedly destroy normal dungeons will say you are a horrible person and that you should stop.

And the people who are at the same power level to be able to do what you can will say "who cares?".

That being said, I don't care. Just make sure you tell them that they have to let you engage the boss first so it doesn't aggro them.

Before you judge me, know that I am full CP and can solo every pledge (except for Direfrost) on normal and have all gold gear, perfect traits etc. I don't feel like I'm really doing anything wrong, but every once in a while, someone in my group will die. I try to Vigor them if I see them get low, but occasionally they will get oneshotted or I'll miss a Vigor.

I'm not sure if I would go so far as to say you are a horrible human being. But I definitely do not approve of what you are doing.

If you aren't tanking then you shouldn't queue up as a tank.

Yes, I am so jealous of these DPS wannabe tanks. You figured us all out alright Clocksstoppe. Ask any healer who has had the pleasure of playing with one of these so-called DPS tanks who can't taunt mobs and take massive damage and I am sure they will tell you that jealousy is not the issue they have with them.
