Verandis and Elam are my picks too, for different characters. The Speaker, I see as a mentor and not as a suitor, but I do his dailies every day even though I finished the achievements on the first month of the DB release because I love when he praises me for completing all of his challenges.
If I could pick any NPC in any game including custom companions, I would pick Rumarin from the Skyrim mod "Interesting NPCs".Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.

✭As opposed to many of these matrimonial fantasies, which are hardly controversial, the case with Queen Ayrenn is odd. Plenty of people I know absolutely loathed that character. I'm not sure why.
She would have been a bit more interesting perhaps had they stayed with her original concept outfit....
But, by the time of the game's release, they patched her...meaning applied a clothing patch to her outfit.
One fella in TS last night was a fan. Said something about her wiggle when she walked. But that's a feature of ESO: full, motion capture character animations *cough*
Seriously - and I know this is not meant to be, in any way, a serious topic - although the idea of marrying any of the game's NPCs never crossed my mind, many of the characters I've created I've patterned off of ex-wives and former girlfriends. 6 -
