I have a crush on the bard who plays near the Marbruk wayshrine... my Khajiit will always sit and listen to a couple of songs when they're in town on "business".
Hm... I don't remember her name at the moment (I'll post it when I check and see), but the Woodelf clothier from Grahtwood's Elden-Root tree on the second floor. She's a beauty. Absolutely gorgeous.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
Meet my characters:
Command: Do the thing.
Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded. Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way. Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing. Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe. Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources. Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources". Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me. Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear. Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem. Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.
Ukatsei , kinda buff for an argonian. I tend to like Altmers, dunmers and nords best though with long hair. I have to say some very nice hot men on Nirn. Speaker Terenus might be interesting but Elam Drals just got the lines.
I can't believe no one said Darrien lol. That dudes awesome.
He is ... more of a fun time on the side ... not really marriage material.
Tenesi Faryon of Telvanni - Dunmer Sorceress who deliberately sought sacrifice into Cold Harbor to rescue her beloved.
Hisa Ni Caemaire - Altmer Sorceress, member of the Order Draconis and Adept of the House of Dibella.
Broken Branch Toothmaul - goblin (for my goblin characters, I use either orsimer or bosmer templates) Templar, member of the Order Draconis and persistently unskilled pickpocket
Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.
***
Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis
In my view she's the most compelling Dunmer woman in ESO, and the most beautiful NPC in the game. In polls I've seen, though, she usually comes in second behind Naryu Virian.
Relegated to aptly named Bleakrock after a poor command decision, the theme of both Bleakrock and Bal Foyen is her redemption. Though plagued by regret and self doubt, her leadership at both sites is flawless and her actions are thoroughly heroic.
Rana's pure steel and soul.
But they changed the ending at Bal Foyen early this year. Originally if you stayed with her and helped her kill the Covenant captain who directed the slaughter of many civilians, she asks you to leave before she did. She'll meet you on the docks, she says. When you do she tells you she "took a trophy from that Breton" - something to remind her of her mistakes so she'll never repeat them.
Well...I interpreted this, as many others did, as her cutting off his ***. Best ending I could imagine! I want to see more, MORE gals castrating ****ole men....uh...hey....where y'all goin....
Seriously, who the heck knows what trophy Rana took. But I don't believe Zenimax appreciated the privates cleaving interpretation and they changed the quest ending.
Captain Rana vanshes now after that battle. You find her later, though, as Centurion Rana in Kragenmoor, with ever loyal number one, Sergeant Seyne.
Seyne also came out quite high on the list of most beautiful NPCs...some noting that her scar is sexy!
As much as the idea seems ot be fascinating to be able to marry NPC from game, i'd rather steer away from getting married at all.. as my person real life experience has taught me that marriage is nothing but a life long pain. And i doubt it'll get any better in game. Depends on what your character is in game, marriage life will be so complected that it'd be nothing bot annoying. Every time you make a decision in there, she/ he will come and start QQing about it why you did so. Specially the in game politics of three factions is gonna fackup your life real good...
so my advice, stay away from getting married and enjoy the solitary life...however i'm not against having girl/boy friend...

Balance for the Sake of Balance is no Balance at all.
I am married IRL. I play TESO to get away from that and enjoy my freedom. I would not want to marry any NPC.

"I am a nightblade. Blending the disciplines of the stealthy agent and subtle wizard, I move unseen and undetected, foil locks and traps, and teleport to safety when threatened, or strike like a viper from ambush. The College of Illusion hides me and fuddles or pacifies my opponents. The College of Mysticism detects my object, reflects and dispels enemy spells, and makes good my escape. The key to a nightblade's success is avoidance, by spell or by stealth; with these skills, all things are possible."
