Holiday (Halloween) Event End Date?

Quick question: I just read in another thread that the holiday event (witches whistle exp buff) ends November 8. I thought it ended yesterday.

When does the buff stop working?

    For PC, 11/08. For consoles, as far as I know, that's done.

    It was extended for PC because ZOS broke the achievements related to collecting the plunder skulls, and wasn't able to correct it until the recent patch.

    It seems to last until the buff runs out.
    I have 1hr and 20 mins left on a few characters, (back to normal on my main.)

    I wonder if I can log in on a lesser used alt (say...in January?) and still have her be a double-XP skeleton for an hour or so?

    I had toon with the Anniversay Cake buff still when I logged onto him three months after the event ended. :)
