✭✭✭✭I believe they are only removing items where the fifth piece ability specifically requires a weapon ability, or magica ability. In this case the Resto Staff has no way to proc the Red Mountain set, so it has been removed.Edited by BigBragg on November 1, 2016 2:50AM0 -

✭✭ZOS seems to be making the argument that Pelinal's is the "cure" for these sets to make hybrid builds work, but... the environment in game is too toxic to support proper hybrid builds with the current in game playstyles.2 -

Junipus✭✭✭✭✭Automaton's Lightning staff is the only one so far that should be removed according to ZOS' own logic. All the other ones can still be used even if they're crap and no-one will do so.
Powered Alkosh Ice staff might be god awful, but you can still press synergies with it.The Legendary Nothing0 -

No, hybrid builds are just crap. With and without pellinals. With or without toxicity, it is utterly useless.
Beg to differ, but it is a 200 sp requirement to use that set properly IMHO. Also, is only viable with certain sets and with certain pelinal armor types.PSN: ***___Chan (3 _s)
