✭Not sure if these are the same people who were doing it earlier but the spot has definitely been reported. They can only get plunder skulls every 3.5 minutes still, but I think the giant still drops loot with no CD... either way, pretty crappy.

It's not just that they are exploiting. They are griefing as well. There are players who need this completed, but you can't complete it without killing the mammoth. And you can't kill that if someone continuously taunts it and lures it to reset.
Is there any way you(ZOS) could make it so only the Giant needs to be killed for completion of the WB? This will sound like a workaround, but taunt the mammoth and start smashing it. Mobs have a taunt limit, and when sufficient taunts happen from different people all aggro control abilities will fail for a time. If you're closest and doing the most damage (should be easy if they aren't trying to kill it), it will stay on you.3 -

The one that should be investigated are the final decision makers at your headquarters. This is what happens when you turn a game into a grind fest. It's your own practice of forcing players to grind bosses for loot sets that encourages people to do this.
Perhaps you should allow us to properly craft our own sets with crafting stations instead of grinding bosses for our armor? This would save a lot of headaches in the near future.12 -
