Cast times for all abilities and attacks?

I'm looking for a comprehensive list of all cast times for different abilities to perfect my rotation;

I know the base cooldown on light attacks is 1second and for abilities is 1.3 seconds (for instant cast spells)

But knowing that isn't enough

Say I'm weaving funnel health;

light attack (instant cast, 1 second cooldown), funnel health (instant cast, 1.3 second cooldown),
How long does it take for the light attack to go off vs funnel health?

e.g., if I cast funnel health vs crushing shock, though they're both instant cast abilities, I seem to be able to weave better with crushing shock and worse with funnel health

leading me to believe there is some cast time for instant cast abilities...

    Where did you get the 1.3 secs for instant cast spells? I think there's a few specific things that affect ability cast time:
    1. Actual cast time of the spell as shown in the tooltip.
    2. Global cooldown of all skills (closer to 0.9 secs I think from my testing)
    3. Buggy Skill Animations
    4. Weaving vs Chaining
    5. Lag/latency

    We can ignore the last one and assume we're on a good and stable connection. For #2 even instant cast spells can't be chained faster than the global cooldown. When I was testing Rapid Strikes which has a 0.6 sec cast time I found the actual cast time when chaining them to be 0.9 secs over a minute of testing. I believe this is where LA weaving has a benefit as you can fit in a LA between consecutive casts of skills faster, or just as fast, as chaining the skill one after another.

    For #3 there are some strange bugs regarding cast time for some skills. For example, the Templar's Dark Flare has a 1.1 sec cast time but the first cast can take 1.7 secs to animate fully and then subsequent casts take the mostly expected 1.1-1.3 sec each (assuming this hasn't been fixed recently as I tested this a while ago).
