✭✭✭✭✭Alduin's Wall does exist: it was built near the end of the 1st Era by the ancient Akaviri Dragonguard to preserve all their knowledge regarding Dragons. Which included the prophecy of the Last Dragonborn
So it should exist during the time of ESO, but we likely never get to see it because:
1. The Reach, where the wall is located, hasn't been added
2. And even if it were, Sky Haven Temple has been closed and sealed off by a Blood Seal that only those of Dragon Blood can open"Stand strong, stay true and shelter all."

Khajiit she has seen many walls in Tamriel. Perhaps he also built some of those too with his dragon trowel and mighty bucket of mortar?
