Level3 is the major DNS system used by many people including ZOS. They are currently experiencing issues. SpAEkus✭✭✭✭Well at least this seems to be a ESO issue and not my computer.
I just spent several hours trying to get my WIn7 just to load properly. All I had done was change my Corsair K70 Vengeance (orig model) from USB 2.0 to USB 3.0 and boom I couldn't get windows to even load properly.
Luckily I keep system restore on and had several restore points to choose from.
Gonna lose another day of Witches XP but at least my enlightenment will have recovered. You really miss those 50K-100K XP quest turn-ins when it runs out.Edited by SpAEkus on October 26, 2016 1:46AM0 -

I did two guild dailies (undaunted, mage) and turned in at Mournhold locations with nothing unusual, then I ported to Coldharbour to check bookshelves in Hollow City and began noticing lag, npcs porting around and bookshelves not activating when I pressed 'e'. I was about to log for the night anyways but after I selected "Quit" the game booted me for "excessive messaging". I hadn't spoken to anyone at all in zone, guild or tell. Just was doing a few things before bed! Hope you can get this sorted for those who aren't heading to bed.0
