Paraflex✭✭✭✭If the majority of the PvP Stam population is running a combination of viper/widow/velidreth/tremer there could possibly be a balance issue. Let's see if they address it next DLC as everyone complaints about the abuse of these sets daily.
If they had a global cooldown and increased the cooldown plus reduced the damage you would see far less people wearing this garbage...that's all that needs to be done.

@OP: You did a build many people played for ages and complain now that more people go the cheesy way you did.
Be informed that a dodge build is also old and was common before. Prepare to die before you can even start to think about a dodge. There is no versatility in PvP now. If you enjoy PvP, leave Cyrodiil and find a nice duelling build.EU - PC - Ebonheart Pact

✭I was running this set combo pre One Tamerial. Now that everyone and their mother is using it, PvP has become a "who procs first" state. Sure it very well could have been this way before the update, now it's over used.
