Can't launch game

Hey, I'm on PC and using win 10, and earlier today I finished patching and tried to play, only to find out that the play button in the launcher doesn't do anything... I click it and nothing happens, it just sits there. And if I try to launch directly from ESO.exe then it immediately crashes, anybody run into this before?

✭✭✭When the play button isn't working it sounds like you need to do a Repair under Game Options on the Launcher. This happened to me recently when I reinstalled on a new SSD. Nothing else seemed wrong, just the grayed-out Play button and ESO.exe crashing.5
