I loved being transformed into a monkey for that one quest. The ghost wolf used to be cool but they nerfed its speed while oddly leaving its jump skill intact.

Probably a nixad. They always sound like they're talking crazy smack in a nonsense language.

That still wouldn't match a guard in combat, Molag Bal is a god and even he would lose to a guard.
