When I first tried the Wrapped Horsetail from the Crown Store on the PTS, I was sure I had tried it on my Kahjiit. But now I see it is locked to certain races and not available for Kahjiit. The only reason I would want to buy this in the future is if it was available for the Kahjiit race too! Please don't lock it!
