Trial guilds play to progress.

Deltia's builds are for casuals, you can't progress with them. That is all.

And yet most, if not all, of Deltia's current builds are made using trials or Maelstrom gear.

Considering most of them require raid potions, require maelstrom weapons, and require gear from high level crafters and are usually made with raidbuffs in mind, that is factually wrong.

Read a book, sir. Or twelve.

Take it from someone who has raided with several top tier EU/PC raiding guilds, and has cleared all available raid content including vMoL HM. Deltia's builds are generally aimed at being unique and original. He takes the meta and tries to make it into something special. The thing is, you don't 'fix' what isn't broken.

Quite frankly Deltia's builds are pretty much the running gag in top tier raiding guilds. It's a mockery term used amongst group members. "Noob, I bet you run a Deltia build!".

Deltia gives good information for starting players and provides them with solid builds. But they're not viable at top tier progression raiding. Not if you want to pull the maximum out of your role.
