What is the current best everything for each class. Skills gear cp distribution. PvE only.

Look it up yourself. Deltia's is good, Tamriel foundry is good, so on and so fourth.

Deltia's Gaming, Tamriel Foundry, Alcast. Look up those three and you should be able to find them. Keep in mind, looking at Deltia's builds, he doesn't use Proc sets like Viper and Widowmaker

Stamina Nightblade - Tremorscale, Viper, Black Rose, Sword+Shield, 2H

There are a lot of players and guild out there that don't like Deltia so that may be the reason why they "ban" his builds.

That's one thing. He's also been interview on ESO Live and was promoted by them when he was streaming ESO on Twitch. I have no problems with Deltia. I don't use his build as they don't fit my style of play but if I do find a build of his that I might like, I modify it to my liking. Actually took one of his older builds from before Imperial City and made changes to it for my own purpose.

The meta tells you what is best when you know your class perfectly, and have all best gear on it. If you are too lazy to look it up, you wont get to that point where you can do what your class are possible to do. Which means, it doesnt matter what you pick. You will be stuck at casual dps anyway.

For PvE DPS, Twice-Born Star is still BiS in a Warhorn-coodinated group I think, as are Sharpened Maelstrom Weapons. Not sure about monster sets.

For PvE Healing, I think Spell Power Cure is still top dog, not sure what else.

For Tanking, in trials the Tava's and Bloodspawn combo is still pretty popular, but I don't know whether it's still BiS, as I don't Tank.

Mind you, the 'meta' can change as the theorycrafters keep experimenting with the mountain of new sets.

For Magicka Users: TBS only when there's sufficient War Horn uptime like in Trials, for dungeons and other stuff Scathing Mage (NB, Sorc), Burning Spellweave (DK) or Julianos (Templar). Sharpened Weapons
For Stamina Users: TBS all the way, weapons: 1 Dagger + 1 Axe Sharpened

That's pretty interesting actually. I keep hearing people mention how Alkosh was made for tanks, and I legitimately don't see how. Almost every single time I did a trial in the past, someone asked if the side-tank was wearing Alkosh. And I'd be wondering why in the world they'd be wearing Alkosh, when Alkosh appears to be DPS-oriented. After all, the 3 piece grants Minor Slayer. Which is used to deal extra damage to dungeon and trial monsters of all kinds. Why would a tank be worrying about pulling strong damage?

Mostly due to the shockwave: when a tank uses the Shard synergy, it'll debuff the bosses. Tanks have it easiest to use a synergy

Thanks for the clarification. I'm still wallowing through all the gear sets that are available, and they just keep adding more.

I think it's because of all the synergies that Tanks use while tanking a boss, such as Shards, Conduit, Purify, Shackle, Supernova, etc.

Trial guilds play to progress.

Deltia's builds are for casuals, you can't progress with them. That is all.

And yet most, if not all, of Deltia's current builds are made using trials or Maelstrom gear.

I see many ppl that are curious about the usage of spriggan/spinner sets in PvE. These paired with NMG/Hundings/Julianos might be a solid choice for anyone without MOL weapons.
About monster sets. Well, I see ppl using a lot of different stuff in dungeons nowadays. Velidreth/Kra'gh/Selene/Tremorscale/Ilambris/Grothdarr... Tbh, idk what is the best. I still use Velidreth since I have it in medium divines.

This comment was originally 'y' but I saw the answers that got posted and quite frankly...that's weird. Really weird. I have never seen a raid guild ban a theorycrafters work, even for such petty reasons. Weird.

Eitherway, his work is still very much valid even if you can tweak it. The ammount of sets, however, have opened alot of doors with One Tam. Stuff like Sprigans and such. Go nuts. The Meta is about as worthless right now as it can be, put something weird together and see if you can make it worth. (With something you know will to fall back on of course.)

Considering most of them require raid potions, require maelstrom weapons, and require gear from high level crafters and are usually made with raidbuffs in mind, that is factually wrong.
