What gear and skills do I use for a magicka templar for PVP?

I was going to ask this as well, dunno what set would be best for me.

I'm a Healer, but I DPS on the side.

Oh and I'm an Orc.

My Mag Templar gear setup is as follows

5x Twice Born Star, 4x Destruction Mastery, 2/3x Torug's Pact. That setup is used for both healing and DPS. Mundus are Atronach and Apprentice. Weapons for DPS setups are 2x Swords and Destro Staff, either lightning or ice. Healing setup is lightning staff and resto staff.

If you want to do DPS and healing simultaneously, Spell power cure is the way to go, in combination with infallible aether and a lightning staff/ resto staff combination. With this setup, I did a lot of no death runs because of the additional damage that you provide while doing good heals. This way you can do 15k DPS while healing and giving the dds more Spell and Weapon Damage and 8% total Group DPS.

For PvP Templar, it is hard to beat kragernac + transmutation and valkyn, they work very well together and you can get yourself to hard cap crit resist, by have all your armor with impen and you get good recovery for the armor sets and burst from valkyn.

Front bar is duel swords, this is how to get both 5 pieces and the monster helm, preferably with duel trans swords. If you feel like you can get away with it, you can run dual swords on your front bar and s/b on your back bar, temps have good healing without a staff so.

For PvP, I'm guessing maybe Seducer and Spinner maybe? With Grothdarr as the undaunted monster set 2pcs.? I think that's work out, as you'd have reduced cost on your magicka skills, increased spell damage and spell penetration, and the ability to have a constant fire AoE around you via the Grothdarr set. Plus the 1pcs. of Grothdarr grants max magicka.

depends on how many cp you have and such but a templar in heavy is good. try both, 5/1/1.

skills, for pvp, there are a few that are must have, channeled focus, extended ritual, breath, sweeps, dark flare. then there is entropy, for the major sorcery buff, shards, meteor, depending on whether or not you use a S/B or a resto as back up, defensive posture or mutagen.

Im aiming for spinners, seducers and skoria for my pvp setup, however I will be running 5l/2h which concerns me because in my experience templars get shredded very quickly in light (im also terrible).
