Where do we get set jewelry in this map?
There are no Dolmens or Dark Anchors with chests....so....any clues?

    Chests or random mob drop atm. I'm going for dolmens that are launching anchors into nirn as the cold harbour.

    AND

    Chests around Coldharbour (worse drops)

    You can actually travel into the vaults of madness; if you're on a NB it's nice and easy, just cloak through part of the dungeon; once you've done delving through, ask a friend to help you out, join group change difficulty to reset the dungeon, kick him then do it again

    That or just use the DB passive shadow rider or whatever it was, put on the Cyrodiil's ward set, max mount and retreating Manuevers and zoom around Coldharbour in search of chests :)

    I got three piece Stgian jewellery doing that, for my one shot destro heavy build

    Yeah...about that, i did test the set in blue jewelry (its the same 20% bonus) and was UTTERLY dissapointed with it, it just does hit hard enough, my combination was 5 alchemist + 5 stygian + kena.
    Just warning you before spending a huge sum of money and/or time.
    Biggest destro heavy in mobs (crit with inner light) = 36k
    Biggest destro heavy on players (crit with inner light) = 14k
    Shadowy Disguise just wont crit everytime as specified , so i had to test multiple times to reach this values.
    You are going to end up hitting a player for 8-10k non crit.
