Solution to over crowded dueling in cities

Give cosmetic rewards for Dueling in the Hammerdeath Arena; this will draw in the masses to dueling and out of the cities; rather than just banning dueling from cities, give incentive to not ...
Can't find a decent place besides a few players in the capitals who hang around enclaves;
Also please put a wayshrine there.
Usually I just fight in one city with 1-3 people until they leave or I get bored and switch cities.

✭✭✭✭There is one. It's called the Hammerdeath Arena. You don't get XP because that would be exploitable but it's away from cities, close to a wayshrine and has a merchant.

We had a dozen people there last night. I'm guessing it's buzzing 24/7 at this point. Spread the word.1 -

There is a wayshrine 10 seconds south of it. Seriously, you port in, walk up a hill and you're there.0
