Good day everyone, I know this topic has been discussed a lot over the years - I have gone through them already but still am having the same issues.

Constant Freezes - I cannot play for more than 1hr without my system crashing.

My system:
CPU: AMD FX 8370e
GPU: Nitro+ RX480 8gb (latest driver is installed)
Mobo: Asrock 990FX Extreme 4
RAM: 2x 8gb 1866 sticks
OS: Win 10 Pro (Drive C)
Game: Steam dedicated HDD (1tb 7200rpm)

Addons via Minion: Skyshards, Lorebooks, Advanced UI, Destinations, CraftStore

Originally, I was running the game at Win 8.1pro. After I experienced constant crashes, I decided to format and do a fresh install for Win 10 Pro. But the same thing happens.

I can play my other games just fine (Overwatch, Fractured Space, Skyrim, Fallout series) without encountering any errors or freezes. I even did a 12hr stress test on my system to see if I can replicate the freeze up but the test went fine. If my OS or hardware is at fault, I'd like to think that running at 100% for half a day would freeze my PC up, but it didn't.

I tried everything from running the game as "Admin"; D3D9; D3D11; outside of steam, without the launcher, within Steam, With the launcher.
Reducing the Graphics quality from Ultra to High to Medium

I have countlessly repaired my installation, downloaded the game installer (3x) already - I just finished my 3rd download from steam a few minutes ago.

The only thing I haven't tried is to run the game in Win7 Compatibility mode -

My questions:
1. Anybody out there encountering the same issues I am having
2. What are the possible solution to it - outside on un-installing the game or buying an Intel Proc
