Old Monster Set Not Par with New Monster Sets

Old monstet sets need buff to be par with new sets especially comparing,
Elden Hollows, Crypt of Heats, Funnel Grotto etc..
Even Vet 2 version of these dungeons are much harder and enjoyable than version 1. I am never gonna do Vet 2 dungeons due to old Monster Sets..
New monster mask should have been dropped from Vet 2 version and older from Vet 1..

Except maybe Bogdan, that set was never any good.
However, not every Monster set added with OT is good.
Why should every old set be buffed then?2
