PS4 One Tamriel chest opening question

Hey everyone
So I have been running & saving up keys, mainly silver & bronze for the new update to be released, well hopefully, today (PS4)
Now, as far as I am concerned, all key types will be transformed into 1 key type which can open all of the 3 chests at One Tamriel update
Someone told me yesterday that silver & bronze keys will only open chests with old sets
is it true?
will those 50 keys I have saved, from which 40 are silver & bronze be able to open all chest types at One Tamriel?
