One word: Tokens
PS: Just let us use the keys as tokens and select the gear we want. Make the keys harder to get if you must. Maybe every 5 keys turn into a token. Anything is better than what we have now ...

If you're on console, wait. The coming odds are the same or better, depending on your desired gear.

Personally, I would like a vendor that sells specific shoulders for 50 keys, but also keeping the chests if you want to roll the dice. I think that is a reasonable number of dungeon runs (25 HMs) to get a guaranteed drop. Since keys cant be traded or put in a bank, that would mean 9 days of running every pledge on HM would get you a shoulder. I would be fine if they doubled that too be honest.

Well they should make deeper content and get rid of the 6 month content drop schedule...
I love the idea of a token system for both pve and pvp, heck they could do a different monster set for the undaunted than what drops, to give variety, and pvp specific sets in cyrodil.
I remember *flashback* Wow implemented a system similar for pve, justice and valor armor, which worked to get you into end game raid progression, but was out classed by the harder raid gear sets. Same thing with pvp, they had gear to get you in the door, but better gear as you progressed through the season

ZOS is dead wrong.
The RNG system is the worst in the entire gaming industry and is the reason I do not run any group content anymore at all.
This has caused me to play far less, buy less on the crown store, and invest in DLC so I can play for free.
If they think they are keeping players by refusing to adopt a sane and standard token system to grant GUARANTEED GAINS then they are mental.
If anything, the RNG trait system is the main reason I have been feeling pushed away from the game.

Drop this RNG Crap. it does NOT make us 'enjoy' your game more, nor does this junk make people 'spends more moniez' for crown store trash to help the grind be less 'tedious'
