Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.

Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".

It only comes in training and still buffs stamina and weapon damage.2 -

I think it's more like:
Wrobel's Destruction Staff
Enchant: When used on a Stamina player, increases their Weapon Damage by 3000
Now with extra effect depending on type:
- Fire: Increases Weapon Damage by 5000
- Ice: Restores the victim's Stamina
- Lightning: Gives the target Major Expedition"Stand strong, stay true and shelter all."
