A bit late, but here are some clips recorded trolling with blazing shield last patch. Gives an interesting perspective to the meta and being on the receiving end of poisons, negates, jesus beams, siege, heal debuffs, high CP players and the types/amount of damage being dealt by large numbers.

    Thanks, yeah it's fun and a bit different. Hard to make it work though. I think clouding swarm magicka nb is still my favourite.

    I'm interested in what builds people come up with this patch as emp with the new gear and ultimates like eye of the storm etc. Mojican had like 84k stamina or something as emp last week.

    A heavy armor mag dk build with the fire desto ult will literally 2 hit people with it.

    Haha someone else can. :p I'm over blazing shield, which is a shame since it got buffed hard with the new sets. Gettin emp is such a drag. I think Magicka DK with eye of the storm would be a lot more fun, stygian nb or stam sorc.

    It's not just my vast array of abilities used at play here. My armor is doing half the killing for me to.

    That last clip with 15fps and 800ms. That resumes pretty well my last reign on my magplar. Was like that during the whole time, lot of fun. 60days of no life and constant grinding to enjoy 3hours of huge lag spikes.

    • Fix Volendrung (spawn location - weapon white on the map causing the wielder to keep it forever - usable with emperorship)
    • Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
    • Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
    • Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
    • Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
    • Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
    • Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
    • Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams
    • Fix the permanent block animation - see examples : link1 link2 link3 link4 link5
    • Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
    • Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
    • Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking
    • Assign specific group sizes to specific campaigns (24-16-8)
    • Make forward camps impossible to place near objectives
    • Make snares only available from ground effects abilities
    • Change emperorship to last minimum 24hours
    • Fix body sliding after cc breaking too quickly
    • Remove Block Casting through Battle Spirit
    • Fix the speed drop while jumping - see video
    • Fix loading screens when keeps upgrade
    • Fix Rams going crazy (spinning around)

    Yeah the worst part is if you think you would've been able to defend if it wasn't for the lag. Mojican's Emp defences last week were a good example of that. The first 2 prime times the keep was sucessfully defended in 800+ ms senario's, however the 3rd prime time somehow even more enemies showed up and managed to bring the server to an absolute crawl, ending up with around a 5-6 second delay on damage from abilities which resulted in DC walking in and taking flags with 50 odd people unharmed while the other 50 EP casually teleported around on the top floor. He had the numbers and players to potentially defend the keep like the previous nights.

    When I was emp I had like 1200 ping the whole night and crashed perhaps 40 times, I feel the pain xD
