As a, small scaled, dubbing fanatic myself, Bill Nighy should've been chosen (fingers crossed for right grammar here >.<) as some villain, like in several awesome acting in movies.King Emeric - because Bill Nighy!
I agree. Although I didn't recognize from other sources, Vladimir Kulich's voice would be MUCH better for Jorunn. He could at least have had a powerful commanding Nord voice to make him a bit more interesting, like Ulfric did.

Now that I think of it, the whole killing Argonian babies, destroying their Hist, using deceit and foul magic to steal people's skins and whatnot to cause chaos is pretty expected of High Elves. The whole Thalmor business comes to mind.
I like how the Aldmeri Dominion in Skyrim was forged through trickery and dark magic, as well. An example being with how they fooled the Khajiit into joining them after "saving" them by "bringing the moons back".

Jorunn didn't really appear until Eastmarch anyway where as Emeric and Ayrenn were in most of the story for their respective factions. But I think that is because of the stories told.
