@Asayre posted the jump points (1,2,4,7,9,12,15,18,22,26,29,33,38,42,46,51,56,61,66,71,76,81,87,92, and 98.) If you are placing CP in Precise Strikes you want to place them on one of these increments. Due to rounding, any points placed in between the listed numbers are wasted.
I run the the Thief on Stam DK. It is generally considered the way to go for PVE content.
