I bought two 60 days ESO+ subs and prior to that I subbed for one month, have 134 days remaining. If I now purchase 6 months of your ESO+ will I receive the 9000 crowns immediately or after my current 134 days have ran out?

Thanks for any help

Ubung, this depends on your platform. For Xbox you will not receive your crowns right away and will receive any additional months purchased on your next billing cycle. For PS you should receive the 9000 crowns immediately when purchasing the sub and the additional days will be added to your time remaining.

For PC, you can only have a running subscription. So you would need to cancel your current recurring sub and select choose a new plan. You will not be billed or receive the crowns for that plan until the end of your current 134 days.

As an alternative for PC and Xbox, you can purchase Game Time Cards at your local game retailer which you can redeem instantly for crowns and includes subscription time.

Thanks for the reply. Im on PC.

Ok so here is exactly what I did.

I came back to ESO and paid for a months sub through your website which gave me 1500 crowns. I then cancelled my sub and had 30 days left.

I then purchased two game time cards for 60 days each which I entered into your website. This gave me an extra 120 days and 6000 crowns immediately.

So now I have 134 days left on my sub and cancelled recurring sub. If I now go to your website and pay for 6 months in a lump sum of £42 will I get the 9000 crowns right away?

@Ubung No. If you sign up via the website and pay through that for the month month sub, it will bill you when your 134 days are up. If you want to add to your 134 days (and get the 6000 crowns right now) you need to use game cards.
