Vorcil✭✭✭✭The dungeons were continuously resetting with our entire group in it, porting all of us to the entrance;
The dungeon was Vault's of Madness, we were grouped via dungeon finder and I was in the middle of a duel before the dungeon finder timeout interrupted it and immediately ported me to the dungeon.
Walking through the dungeon, every 15 seconds or so it would teleport our entire group back to the start.
We ended up disbanding and regrouping to fix the issue.1
