So are all the classes balanced?

Overall stam is better but as for classes you got your PvE classes (DK the best example) and PvP classes (NB the obvious example). Also every class has one move that EVERYONE complains about.

pick what you want. But I would recemend running a templer.Even a poorly skilled player like me can 1vX with the right setup.
Even if they get nerfed to the ground they can be healers and you need them for almost everything in pve.

PvE stam DK I can see being close to the top if not the top class but PvP come on. What damaging abilities are doing amazing DPS that is also spammable as a stam DK? DoTs don't cut it in PvP mate and that's a fact. Resources upon ultimate is or was a exclusive things to DKs but... look at that new set witchman lol, you get to be a DK without being the class pretty much.

Stam DK imo is one of the weakest PvP classes with stam NB/sorc at the top and stamplar vs stam dk is pretty even footing.

But with wings and major mending and battle roar they are very survivable. I would rather fight any other class besides stam dk. Because it's very difficult to burst them down and chances are they will out sustain you

The way the dungeons are working it's easier to have a dragon knight tank, a templar healer, a mag sorc DD and a nightblade for their debuffs. Soo yeah their is balance there.

Their will never be pvp balance. Magplars are weak in duels but they are the strongest class in group fights.

I feel that their is somewhat a balance. It's just that bursting down opponents is always most important and some classes do it better than others.

Regardless of all these hero's in here defending stam/magicka, the fact of the matter is:

For PVP: The player base is heavy skewed towards Stamina (At least on Xbox NA) Out of a group of 10 people, 7-8 of them will be Stamina builds. It changes with each patch, with people changing to what ever seems to be easiest/most effective to play at that particular time.

For PVE: Magicka was in front for a long time, I hear Stamina can out do it damage these days. But the at least from my point of view, Magicka is more forgiving of mistakes and has the convenience of wards.

As for what class to play, each can very effective, have a look at what style of play you are most interested and choose a class that most complements it.

Sorcerer magicka are not in a good place right now for end game PVE.
Stamina is on top for now but could change.

Please just stop. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Stamina is not on top, all of the highest scoring teams use almost all magicka for every trial. And on top of that magicka sorcerer is arguably the top magicka dps and definitely the top ranged dps.

That's how I do it, I got 3 set ups I run depending on what I'm doing in PvP, DW/2H, DW/1H&S, and 2H/bow. I agree that if you pick one of the other 3 as your first toon go mag, but stam DK is a blast and probably the easiest stam to learn (especially if you're on PC and have add-ons)
