Are there certain skills that create more lag that we can avoid using? Are there armor sets or buffs that make lag worse? I'm grasping at straws here, but it's getting very frustrating to even attempt enjoying CP campaigns in their current state. Thanks.

Your questions was answered an a year ago:@ZOS_BrianWheeler someone from ZoS(can't actually find those thread) asked players to "spread" over cyrodiil, so main issue is zerging(surprise!) which ZoS don't want to fix via AoE caps removal cause "it may touch PvE"(somehow), but tries to do this making AoE skills to make more direct effect, like latest ruining of Purge, Rapid Maneuver by locking them on N of group mates in effective radius instead of "all allies in effective radius"(actually, from my PoV getting data about groupmates and calculation who should get buff require more calculation and database requests than just querying all allies in zone and applying buff to them)GrumpyDuckling wrote: »I appreciate everything you do on your end to reduce lag for players. Actually, to get keep in 8 minutes you need organised 4 people group, in 5 minutes with 8 or more(3 trebs per person). You could get keep almost instantly if you wish so, and there's no reason to attack keeps which definitely under zerg protection.GrumpyDuckling wrote: »Sugaroverdose wrote: »Your questions was answered an a year ago: @ZOS_BrianWheeler asked players to "spread" over cyrodiil, so main issue is zerging(surprise!) which ZoS don't want to fix via AoE caps removal cause "it may touch PvE"(somehow), but tries to do this making AoE skills to make more direct effect, like latest ruining of Purge, Rapid Maneuver by locking them on N of group mates in effective radius instead of "all allies in effective radius"(actually, from my PoV getting data about groupmates and calculation who should get buff require more calculation and database requests than just querying all allies in zone and applying buff to them)GrumpyDuckling wrote: »I appreciate everything you do on your end to reduce lag for players. That's unfortunate. Spreading out is difficult when your alliance only owns two keeps by its initial spawn area.
That requires players to think and looking at the torrent of proc gear Wrobel released into the wild, ZOS just doesn't really want to burden the players too much with all these things that require common sense.Sugaroverdose wrote: »Actually, to get keep in 8 minutes you need organised 4 people group, in 5 minutes with 8 or more(3 trebs per person). Anyway, it's not my suggestion, it's ZoS idea to 'ask for spread' instead of making game mechanics simple and more direct: remove AoE cap - 6 person group can destroy 40 people with AoE, zergs spreads to not die instantly, problem solved.

It has truly turned into Elder Procs Online. Actually pretty much everyone who's asked for aoe cap removal has specificed they want dmg uncapped, not heals.Drummerx04 wrote: »Sugaroverdose wrote: »Actually, to get keep in 8 minutes you need organised 4 people group, in 5 minutes with 8 or more(3 trebs per person). I'm also for AoE cap removal and I think it would help pvp overall, but I like the minor delusions people have about taking on superior numbers. Yeah it's possible that 6 people would juts AoE down a group of 40 but those 40 people also have AoE and potentially a lot more firepower... and AoE heals which would also be uncapped, just imagine combat prayer hitting 40 people as they pass through a hallway to kill your 6 man. The removal of caps would not suddenly make such an encounter fair.
I could spec more into HP and be entirely unable to kill all the fotm ***, but meh.HoloYoitsu wrote: »I already am running 29k HP.Lava_Croft wrote: »By running a DD with 29k healthHoloYoitsu wrote: »Shush, I have plans for my heavy armor Grothdarr sorc. I don't actually think that zerg will be organised enough to stack combat prayer while they trying to get 6 people who don't actually sit on one place, also zerg already can stack it, but noone uses such tactics even with it's potential to make vanguard players immortalDrummerx04 wrote: »Sugaroverdose wrote: »Actually, to get keep in 8 minutes you need organised 4 people group, in 5 minutes with 8 or more(3 trebs per person).
