Sending a bug report on console

Is their some sort of mythical way to send a bug report from the PS4?
I keep getting this response :
1.Open the in-game Player Menu ([Options] for PlayStation 4).
2.Select "Other" under Issue Category and enter a description of the bug under Required Information. Be sure to make it clear that a bug has been encountered.
3.Once complete, select Submit.
And that is exactly how I've sent the report twice, even by starting the sentence with bug report, any help is appreciated ty!
