lost all my characters

after patch addons weren't getting recognised, so i copied everything over from the live folder to the live-eu folder. Now when i login i get to character creation and the adventure pack is also not working. any way to reverse this?

Are you sure you are in the correct server, which is selected in game now.

yes i tried both servers and both just show me starting movie then brings me to character creation. Before i copied over everything from live folder to live-eu folder i could login into live-eu server and my chars were there.

when in-game the announcemnet says welcome to NA server but i have selected the live-eu server

I am on the EU server. I had the same issue and I solved it by:

1. Log in to EU server and notice the characters are missing
2. Log out
3. Log in to NA server
4. Log out
5. Log in to EU server again > the characters are there

I think the game thinks that you are on the wrong server. You need to actually log into the wrong one for that faulty memory to go away, and then you can log in to the right one again.

Had this happen twice so far.

Worked perfectly. Just waiting around and the Announcement changed over to EU.

Although i'm not getting any sound in menu or in-game. Anyone else?

i have perfectly selected live-eu, since i first started update 12, i never missed that, even so, my characters rarely appear. yesterday i had to login and out dozens of times until my characters appear, today, i still didn't find a way to get access to my characters. usually it takes more than 30 minutes just to have some luck and the characters to appear.

i really need a way to completely delete the access to US server forever.
