Poor customer service

Iam unsure if this is the right place to post this but yea

So yesterday xbox NA server had an unexpected maintenance to fix in game crashes or w/e ( I lag nd dc more than ever also)

I was in the middle of VDSA and completed it with a score got the title master resto (the weapon I wanted) and the game crashes.

I finally log back in after a couple hours long expected maintenance and my title items and score is gone.

I write a ticket into customer service and get a sad story about how they r sorry for my loss etc and they try to relate them missing items nd a poor annoying way to relate to me.

Pretty much I get told nothing they can do.

I helped a friend farm city of ash and he got the helmet he wanted right trait etc and the servers go down. I can bet my life that his helmet is gone again and it won't be returned.


What exactly are xbox one player suppost to do with this lack of customer service or even a playable game?
We paid for a dlc and cannot complete Maw due to DC's on the first boss, half your group gets dashboarded and pretty much the only guys that can complete prolly spend 10 hours trying to do it.

I want explanations and not sad stories about some customer service rep who doesn't even play the game. If it's an xbox issue why we are having a hard time I want to hear it from zenimax because it's just not right to pay the same as other plat forms and get way less of a game

Any moderator care to explain or shed some light or am I gonna get ignored like the customer service reps have been doing to me?

    I'm just making it known, why does anyone complain here then? If you can't do anything for them. I think it's to discuss it and to maybe have someone she'd light on things or similar situations that did end in a resolve

    because people get so upset over a game they feel the need to come her and rant about it.

    Again with the "it's just a game, therefore complaining about it is not permitted". Name one other field of business where, if they gave you a shoddy product and their customer service didn't do anything, you'd go "meh, whatever"? Why does it matter that it's "just a game"? If your internet went off for eight hours a week for "maintenance" and was still unreliable and nobody at the phone company could offer a solution, would you just sit back and take it? It's only the internet, you don't need it.

    Seriously, the gaming industry has been bending us over and doing unspeakable things to us for a long time, and it's getting worse (unfinished, broken games being released; microtransactions creeping into full-priced retail games; AAA titles being empty shells with most of the content released as DLC; the list goes on), but whenever anyone stands up and says "you know what, I'm not happy with this" they get shot down for being whiny, entitled, stupid, or trolls.

    I want change, I doubt my little voice will be enough but I hate when people accept these bugs exploits and look the other way, if I go buy food I expect it to be what I asked for or what the menu says. Not something else simple because I paided for it. Idk I can't be complaining or ranting but money is time and if I pay for it, I don't want my time wasted

    So you're mad at CS because they can't give you a shiny weapon and title after you earned it and lost it due to maint?

    How again is this a CS problem?

    I can understand the frustration if indeed the tale is true.. What I don't understand is what he thinks we can do about it? None of us have a magical wand to alter customer service..

    I'm sorry but this isn't their fault. They got bigger problems to deal with then someone crying about a crash.

    <sarcasm>Yeah, because people standing up and wanting to be heard has never changed anything. </sarcasm>

    Admittedly some people do just whine because the game doesn't bend to their every whim and desire, but being dismissive of people who have a genuine grievance because the product is defective is counterproductive. You may say it's "just a game", but surely you'd be happier if it was less flaky, or that customer services did something other than either saying "update your drivers, log out and wait 15 minutes, reset your router" or just shrugging and going "meh"?

    This week the game has (so far) had 16+ hours of complete downtime, so it's not unreasonable for players to expect that, in return for 10% of the week being lost, they might get a stable product the rest of the time. Maybe ranting doesn't help, but please don't be dismissive and say "it's just a game" as if that somehow justifies it or excuses Zenimax from any obligation to provide a reliable service.

    Multiply that by 10 then 5 then 10 again nd u have the continuous issues we have on xbox on top of the issues the actual game has. all I want is for someone to address the issue minor slayer maw of L. Not working if it's not your problem then by no means do I expect you to do anything. But don't pretend to be helpful or fight for or against the cause because something needs to be done.

    I don't want the items obviously I'm just explaining situations I went thru. We literally payed for a dlc that is unplayable multiple times. Wrothgar nd now maw(which was the main purpose of the dlc)

    It's getting rediculous and if I switch games so be it, but I like this game, I just want things to freaking work or someone to address the things that don't work. The fact they switched the motifs without notice and retried to play it off. That should speak for itself we deserve better because a company that's providing a service should be held to a certain standard because money is involved. If you don't feel the same way that you should be treated better than so be it, but I know for a fact alot of players don't want to pay for a service they aren't getting

    You think we don't see the picture? Try and imagine how many times we've seen this problem with the always following thread in general discussion.... But I say again, what purpose does it serve to shout it out here? Instead you should be having a discussion with CS via mail or whatever you use to contact them.. WE KNOW! that the problem exist, and has been hitting players.. What difference does one more thread make? None..
