Poor customer service
Iam unsure if this is the right place to post this but yea
So yesterday xbox NA server had an unexpected maintenance to fix in game crashes or w/e ( I lag nd dc more than ever also)
I was in the middle of VDSA and completed it with a score got the title master resto (the weapon I wanted) and the game crashes.
I finally log back in after a couple hours long expected maintenance and my title items and score is gone.
I write a ticket into customer service and get a sad story about how they r sorry for my loss etc and they try to relate them missing items nd a poor annoying way to relate to me.
Pretty much I get told nothing they can do.
I helped a friend farm city of ash and he got the helmet he wanted right trait etc and the servers go down. I can bet my life that his helmet is gone again and it won't be returned.
What exactly are xbox one player suppost to do with this lack of customer service or even a playable game?
We paid for a dlc and cannot complete Maw due to DC's on the first boss, half your group gets dashboarded and pretty much the only guys that can complete prolly spend 10 hours trying to do it.
I want explanations and not sad stories about some customer service rep who doesn't even play the game. If it's an xbox issue why we are having a hard time I want to hear it from zenimax because it's just not right to pay the same as other plat forms and get way less of a game
Any moderator care to explain or shed some light or am I gonna get ignored like the customer service reps have been doing to me?
