I've opened up two tickets on this issue (the second one has updated information) and received no response. 161005-000664 I've been locked out for two days now.
I've been unable to log in to my account since Monday 10/3. I've filed two tickets, changed my password twice, and should have gotten multiple verification code emails from the number of times I've tried to log in.
None of the emails were received. I should have gotten notifications about password changes, verification codes, and notifications that the account was logging in from an unfamiliar IP. Not a single email has been received for any of these triggers.
My email provider is Network Solutions and I've checked everything I can from their online interface, thereby avoiding any potential PC firewall issues. I've removed all of the spam filters and checked spam and trash folders via the online interface. Nothing.
I can't even check the support page to see the status of my ticket about not receiving verification codes because it requires a verification code to log in. #Irony.
Any help - or even just a response - is appreciated.
