By 'Good' I just someone who has all 10 Traits for the Items someone needs them for. As I feel it's good for someone to seek out a Master Crafter who will be able to make them the set they desire.

This I can understand.
The complaints about the research times, I don't think the 9th trait right now is too long at all. And I would like to see a tenth trait take time, even if it is past the 30 day mark we have right now. Like was mentioned already, a ten trait crafter, or a collaboration of crafters that could make that set the first day available (after finishing research) would make them desirable again and crafted gear worth the trouble (farming mats/motifs/traits).

I spent a year getting all the existing research done, with all those wasted skillpoints on the research passives. Now I've finally got them back and it's made a world of difference to my crafter. If they introduced another trait it'd force me to respec again to put them back, probably another year to get all my research done again (given that the 10th trait would probably be ultra rare and expensive. I only managed nirnhoned after the prices came down when it was introduced to loot tables) and then another respec when it's finally all done to make it playable again.
I suffered through months with a useless templar, now it's actually a class worth playing I don't want to be crippled again!PS4 EU1 -

I agree 100%.
I do not think the research times are to long at all. I started playing day one console and didn't understand crafting at first, so I avoided it and I regret it still. However I am now 9 trait on all armor and wood and about half way thru weapons.
I think the time to research is part of the appeal and completely adds to the rarity and desire for some new (be it not crap) difficult to craft sets.

CombatPrayer✭✭✭✭If they do a tenth, I hope it is something amazing because timers are pretty tedious now once you get to those last two on each piece. I forget about mine then have to go hunt down something in my guilds when it pops because it's in that 3 weeks to a month range.
I'm still trying to figure out why my toon has a reverse learning curve. Nowhere in the world except games does stuff that you are learning (that is the exact same as before) take you more time. If each Item researched somehow gave a bonus to the piece that would be logical or those last two - not sets but because you researched x amount on each piece anything you crafted in that piece got a little buff of it's own, I could see that, but here it is exactly the same thing you are doing over and over and it is taking you longer and longer to do it. It's like your toon looses IQ points from doing research. LOL Honestly armor buffs for many items researched on each piece would be cool. Would make that research time make a little more sense. Not big buffs, but something to make it seem sensible why I am taking longer to do a task I have done repeatedly for how many times now.0 -

Between actually finding the new trait for all items as well as the long research time, not to mention the abundance of useless traits in the game already, I just couldn't take them adding a 10th trait.
Loot tables are diluted enough as is with Prosperous and Training crap that unless this new trait is a godsend, it won't be worth it to research as everyone will stick to divines anyway and unless they introduce a ridiculously OP 10 trait crafting set, I don't see anyone bothering to research it.
I'd prefer if they just rebalanced the traits so that they majority aren't completely useless. I'd like them to revert the change for Nirnhoned on Weapons so magic builds would be in a better spot (and because I already have a Nirnhoned Maelstrom Inferno staff

✭✭NoNo, because there'd surely be some ridiculous mechanism to acquire it, or we'd have to buy the trait material in the crown store, and it probably wouldn't even be that good of a trait.
Based on what I've seen lately, anything is possible by the time they get around to adding a tenth trait and I doubt it would be a good thing. I'm sure it'll happen at some point, but I'm not looking forward to it.Happy All the Holidays To You and Yours!
