Best GPU for ESO under $700

i5 6600k @ 4.5 GHZ
16 GB DDR4/2666 MHZ
2 TB SSD (2, 1 TB 850 Evo)
R9 390X - (watercooled)
I'm currently gaming @ 2560 x 1440.
I'm looking at the 980 Ti since I feel it would be the best bang for my buck. I need something that can give consistent 60 fps everywhere.

Vrathak✭✭✭60fps? hell I`m running 60-100 FPS anywhere with as low as a 750 ti.... you won`t any issues with the 9800 -

✭✭You'd be much better off with a GTX 1070 for the price. It's usually neck and neck performance-wise with the 980 Ti (if not faster in some cases) and is about $100-200 cheaper depending on the model. The 1070 is seriously one of the best cards on the market for price/performance.

If you insist on upgrading then buy another 390x and Crossfire it...AMD CrossfireX just kicks tail at 1440p and higher...the scaling is amazing in games that support it (most do)
If Crossfire isn't an option for you, then just stick with what you have. I was planning on offsetting the amount spent by selling my current GPU, I do have money set aside to make an impulse purchase such as an upgrade for my GPU. So I'm not looking at a massive loss.
