Cant log in to "Additional Support"

I can log in to my account and the forums but I cannot log in to additional support to create a ticket for my missing crowns from ESO+. When I try to log in to additional support it says my password is incorrect even after I take the steps to reset my password.

Taking guesses based on past experience, but make sure you're using the same username and password that you use to play the game, not the one you use on this forum, when signing into support. Also, it doesn't like firefox at all.

Having the same issue.. I can log in to the game and the website (not forums) just fine.. but it doesn't like my credentials when trying to log in to support.

I am haveing this issues to, but you can make a ticket from, in-game if that helps

Got my crowns after submitting a ticket through suspend/compromised option.

Hello folks, we're are some players are having trouble logging into the support portal and we are investigating this issue. In the meantime you can submit a ticket while in game (be sure to use help, not bug or feedback!) If you are unable to log into the game to submit a ticket, you can use this form to submit a ticket.
