Ha ha.. yeah, that was me.... I was going to give up as well, but then saw two other EP coming, and since I had so much time invested already...

@Defialed , i gotta say that it's really funny to see how another guild's TS is. Definitely a gem - Guild of Night Blader has had some really silly drunk nights.

Had my first encounter with @DeadlyRecluse (that I know of) yesterday... it didn't turn out well for me...

Is the campaign silly/funny? Or is it you who is silly/dumb for playing there? I mean are you sure you will be ok without CP and all your skills? If not, I understand, not everyone can handle Bwb.

err, I think he meant funny as in disorganized and slow compared to vet. I mean, there is truth to that. We were all there yesterday making AP of of DC or AD depending on which keep we tried to defend at the time but mainly he's talking about how lost EP are. You should have seen them it was sad. They thought it was a better idea to take bloodmayne with the DC scroll we couldnt pick up instead of BlackBoot with Ghartok. Or defend Fare over a home keep.

I'll be just fine fella. I played BwB for over a year, I was emperor there, but since you seem to think vet is somehow easier lets dispel that. (This is all irrelevant since the two are fundamentally different and not really comparable)

1. CP doesn't make anything easier when everyone else has 531 too
2. Infinitely more diversity. All skills, and all armor sets that you can't get in bwb. Oh and all those pesky cp to work with too
3. You are fighting people who have been playing the same thing for months, sometimes years. Yea they've gotten to be pretty good at it
4. Nobody hits like a wet noodle
5. Everyones a tank.

All the proof I need that BwB is funny is that this thread has been shut down by admins like 5 times before. Its the most vocal campaign by far. And I'm not saying that as a bad thing. Its just funny. There's real rivalries here and everybodys not a salt monster about it like they are in Haddy. Or worse... Trueflame..

Well, I know who you are. I remember playing against you. I was here when you were emp.

If you know this thread and this community, then you should know how fiercely some of us will defend both. We, the bwb community, have worked hard over the past few months to make the server better. We finally got rid of some of the people with the leet attitude, and balence is coming back. Both good things for the server and the new players.

In short, I am really glad to see more ep. Once things get balenced out a bit more, I will start teaching again, running groups. But in the meantime, what bwb doesnt need are more people with elitist attitudes and large egos. If you dont have any respect for this campeige, then it doesnt need you. Just play your lobies in vet. We have a responsibility as the old player on the server to not kill all the fun. Its our job to teach and help the new players. So, if you are just coming in here to wrek sht and be awesome, dont. We already got rid of one sora. If I am way off track here, which I could be, you should explain yourself better. Im very protective of my server.

As for all yor bullet points, I disagree. This aint my first rodeo.

@Valen_Byte While it may seem a bit egotistical, Our guild has been in Blackwater for almost 2 years and we too felt like it was our "responsibility" to take care of the campaigns health. The problem is that we came to realize that it's only a game and the existence of specific players (such as you or I) will not change the outcome of a campaign. It's kind of like Darwinism. The campaign will die off taking all the obsolete players with it and a couple of months later will thrive again with a new slate of population. Some of the fittest will have adapted with the new meta while others move on.

Just be careful what you say in the thread. There is a reason why it has been shut down 5 times. The forum Mods live inside the AD zerg in BwB. You say anything bad about AD in any way you get warned and maybe banned from the forum.

When one of the AD members said something about vet being easy mode, I kind of felt like this guy.


I would think easy mode was playing on AD.

@vamp_emily , the last thread was shut down for reasons (in part because of me) due to a certain someone who now zergs Azura's (see their thread) for wanton crazy and offensive stuff. It devolved from the conversation we have now - which I'd say has been pretty great!
