Thought this was thoroughly entertaining and that I would share it. This of course is in response to my reply to customer support.

So apparently support not looking at opened and unresolved tickets is just a bug that the development team will be looking into, some maintenance time may be needed to repair Chet of course.
Anyone else have interesting conversations with Chet?
