1T: Where do the purple items drop?

So I was grinding Deeshan on the PTS trying to find some Plague Doctor. I managed to drop a green necklace, and 4 green rings while fighting overland creatures, doing dolmens, and inside delves. Where does the purple stuff come from?
On another note, they really need to increase the amount of mobs in each zone.. I only saw about 4 people, but we cleared each area way too fast and ended up racing from mob to mob. It's going to be havoc when everyone is on there trying to get the drops they want.

it's the good old RNG back to haunt you...on the odd occasion you do get purple jewellery from the Dolmen chests. I got a purple Elegant ring on the PTS and then did the exact same Dolmen a bit later and got green drops.4 -

✭✭✭✭✭While on PTS I found one master chest inside the public dungeon in Deshaan. There was a purple ring inside. I had treasure hunter active at the time. I found a few other purple pieces while randomly farming in the zone for an hour or so.0 -

✭100% drop rate of set items from dolmens and bosses is a horrendous idea.
I still can't wrap my mind around the idea they decided this was smarter than making new dailies reward set items, with reduced overland drop rates.
Besides, for non-jewelry pieces it does not really matter if they drop in Epic quality or not.
So I guess dolmens will be camped for a bit longer than bosses and delves.2 -

Treasure Hunter + Master chest will grant you purple pieces, almost certainly.0 -

And the party will last for one week.
Then we will have traders flooded with set items that sell for scrap for the next X years.
