Does Mark Target give the user Major Breach/Fracture

I originally thought Mark Target gives the user Major Fracture and Breach as well as the target but I havent noticed a debuff, however the tooltips after death say it does do it to both the user and the target, I need to know whether this is still true because Im confused as to whether to keep it on my bar or not because I dont think its worth the debuff

the_man_of_steal✭✭✭Mark Target does not give you (the user) any debuff. It gives the enemy the debuff... One of the morphs gives you (the user) major Bezerk AFTER you kill an enemy who had mark on them while they died.

✭✭Your looking at the outdated version i believe. Mark Target used to debuff you and your target. There was some added benifit for using this i think. This version was before 1.6 console release. Possibly a beta version.
All Mark does now is debuff your enemy and either reveal for the duration or give Major Beserk on kill for 5 second.
Its a good skill but keep in mind surprise attack already gives you your physical debuff if your stamina based.PS4 NA DC5
